Cancellations

Order Adjustment Window: You may modify or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may already be processing for shipment, and we cannot guarantee changes.

How to Cancel or Modify: To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us as soon as possible at robhobbies.store@gmail.com with your order number and details.

Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, please wait to receive the package and refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for further instructions.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
We offer a 100% refund or replacement for items that are defective or damaged during shipping. Please contact us at robhobbies.store@gmail.com, and we will provide the return address and instructions.
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any other reason, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Refund Requests Will Not Be Accepted If:
